I had a bad experience from the customer representatives i spoke with asking questions about denied claims. I called two time ls in two dufferent days . First one was rude and the second one hang up on me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Same here. Not helpful at all, intact they seem to just make something up each time or tell me what I already know.

I fought a claim for over a year and got no where. I'm not giving up.

Look for my FB page coming soon, a page for peoples stories, get the word out how fraudulent they are indeed. search for united Concordia is fraudulent. please join and share. If you were denied payment by them I need your support.
