United Concordia denies legitimate claims, but they do it by way of demanding superfluous information over and over again. It's June.
We have two claims for crowns out for patients from January that United Concordia is still stalling on. We submitted photos, x-rays, dates of previous services -- it doesn't matter. We send what they request and the next month, they request some totally random information that has nothing to do with the service. This is deliberate and despicable.
We're done. Our office is taking measures to end our relationship with United Concordia and we'll simply have to tell our patients to find better insurance for themselves.
