I spent 18 minutes on hold for an extremely rude young lady to end a long difficult conversation regarding A PATIENTS CLAIM WITH "I HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY". WELL, IF YOU WOULD PROVIDE THE SERVICES YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR AND PAY the claim!

i was told a patients SSN# was wrong after i have called and gotten info on the claim repeatedly. It is one thing after another.

Don't worry Anonymous, they will bite you sooner or later. They probably told you they paid your dentist and a year later you will find out your dentist has been trying to get paid and never did. then you will wonder one day when your dentist tells you that you have to pay everything up front.
