The site is non-intuitive and the explanations of services are not clear. It seems that the real customer information is obfuscated.

Disappointed ---brand new clients....hmm We haven't found a simple description, written in plain English about out benefits. It would be nice if eveyl case studies were provided that showed various service provided and the final monetary consumer outlay. We had an HMO before and we knew our expected contribution for each procedure.

We thought we would try a dentist down the street, in our neighborhood. We have not been yet because we want to fully understand our rights and covered options before we make decisions,

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Hire someone who is an expert in simplifying the covered/uncovered explanations in common English ...the current format is not useful..
