As a dentist, I am appalled that United Concordia is allowed to operate as a business. There is a systematic effort on their part to deny care. What is needed is a whistleblower within the company to reveal what appears to be a effort to reject legitimate claims....

They make up reasons to not pay e.g. "Qualifying" medical condition. And they do not explain any of these on the EOBs that you receive.
