I have the same bad filling about United concordia they show incompetence asking for lot of paper work and time consuming exams and xrays and when every thing is provided UnitedConcordia deny the payment leaving the customer with the big bill.Is incompetent. This is by far the worst insurance company out there. They regularly deny claims for patients. I regularly have them denying crowns on severly cracked and decayed teeth. They do not cover needed x-rays and they play awful games with dental practices. The only way to stop them from victimizing patients is to complain directly to your HR department. When we moved, I needed to establish a new dentist.It had been three years since my last exam. The dentist performed routine xrays. United Concordia DENIED this claim. They only pay once every FIVE years for xrays. When I called, they said they told us this when we signed up for insurance five years ago. No one gave us this information.
